Kobbi Zineb is a journalist specialized on cultural issues. She worked for 26 years at the Algérie Press agency and then focussed on translation. She translated along with her husband Said Djaafer several works of history and literature into Arabic: L’esprit d’indépendance, by Hocine Aït Ahmed, Parcours d’un combattant, by Mohamed Mechati, Les architectes de la révolution d’Aissa Kechida, Les barrages de la mort, d’Ammar Boudjelal as well as La salle de bain by Jean-Philippe Toussaint.
